What’s actually in the box?

A variety of 24 snacks: [insert list from above] In the event that one of these snacks is unavailable it will be replaced with something close in flavor and texture.

Are all the boxes the same?

For now – we’re running our own flavor experiments at HQ to see what new quests we can send you on.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed the day after they are placed. We ship everything with FedEx 2day shipping. For example: if you place your order on a Monday it will ship on Tuesday and arrive on Thursday.

Can I send the box as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.

Can I return the box?

We cannot accept returns but if there is a problem with your order (ex. it was damaged in transit) please reach out through our contact page and we’ll see what we can do to help.

What if I have allergies?

Our boxes are not allergen-free. Please refer to the list of snacks in the first FAQ segment if you are concerned about allergens.
